All Staff appointed to a school must be supportive of the Catholic Special Character of the school.  They need to understand and accept the role they will have in maintaining and nurturing the school's Catholic Special Character.  It is recommended that all staff sign The Character of a Catholic School Brief Statement for the information of Teachers as an acknowledgement of their commitment to this.
