The Charter, which should include a long term Strategic Plan and an Annual Plan should show how the school will provide education with a Catholic Special Character.  The planning should cover the Board of Trustee’s direction, objectives, priorities and targets for Catholic Special Character.  The Proprietor must be consulted in the development of the Charter and Strategic Plan.
