Special Character Contribution
A charge was introduced by the Proprietors in Term 2, 1991 to help cover the costs associated with the delivery of services in support of Special Character.  No contributions are made by Government.

The Catholic Special Character Contribution is a voluntary donation paid by parents of all students in Catholic Schools.

The charge is currently $10.00 per term per student ($40 per year).  It is charged under the authority of Art. 37 of the Integration Act, and is thus a contribution to be made on a voluntary basis.  As such it is GST exempt and tax deductible.
