The following projects have been completed in the past 3 years (2008-2010), and the schools have taken occupation of them:

Primary Schools

• Avondale - St Mary's School: a replacement classroom block which includes a specialist ICT room
• Balmoral - Good Shepherd School: replacement administration block and remodelled area for classroom
• Ellerslie - St Mary's School: a new three classroom block with provision for an upper level; a relocatable classroom and a refurbishment and moderisation of the library
• Glen Innes - St Pius X School: a relocatable classroom
• Henderson - Holy Cross School: a remodelled and moderised administration block

• Hillsborough - Monte Cecilia: boundary fencing to separate the school premises from the public road access to the new James Wallace Art Centre
• Howick - Star of the Sea School: an administration upgrade and two relocatable classrooms
• Kaitaia - Pompallier School: an administration upgrade and new relocatable classroom; a major refurbishment of the main classroom block
• Manurewa - St Anne's School: an administration upgrade and two relocatable classrooms
• Massey - St Paul's School: four purpose-built relocatable classrooms
• Mairangi Bay - St John's School: upgraded entrance, driveway and parking, and remodelled space to provide another classroom
• Meadowbank - Mt Carmel School: new relocatable classrooms and toilets
• Northcote - St Mary's School: an administration/library upgrade; remodelled existing space for classrooms
• Onehunga - St Joseph's School: demolition of old classroom block and development of hard area; 3 new classrooms and toilet block, and improved entry and parking
• Otara - St John the Evangelist: closure of covered way behind classrooms
• Owairaka - Christ the King: complete rebuild of school in new location due to the development of the State Highway 20 motorway
• Pt Chevalier - St Francis School: a relocatable classroom
• Pukekohe - St Joseph's School: remodel and upgrade of administration and classroom blocks, and a new relocatable classroom
• Silverdale - Stella Maris School: a new pod of four classrooms; conversion of existing library to original planned classroom space
• St Heliers - St Ignatius School: administration and library block and a relocatable classroom
• Takapuna - St Joseph's School: an administration upgrade
• Thames - St Francis School: an administration upgrade
• Three Kings - St Therese School: an administration upgrade; upgrade of library and two relocatable classrooms
• Whangarei - St Francis Xavier School: replacement caretaker facility; administration upgrade and a replacement two-classroom block with central resource area

Secondary Schools

• De La Salle College, Mangere East: a multi-purpose sports centre with classrooms, weights room, drama facilities; remodelling of old hall for technology and student services; refurbishment of classroom block
• Hato Petera College, Northcote: refurbishment and remodelling of buildings for technology
• Liston College, Henderson: relocatable classrooms move and refurbished on site; entry/driveway upgraded; a new two storey classroom block
• Marist College, Mt Albert: refurbishment of laboratories; demolition of Colin Block and replacement classrooms built on upper level
• McAuley High School, Otahuhu: refurbishment of laboratories and toilets and upgrade of entry/driveway and parking
• Pompallier College, Whangarei: remodelling of buildings for technology
• Rosmini College, Takapuna: a new gymnasium
• Sacred Heart College, Glen Innes: remodelling of a major classroom block
• St Dominic's College, Henderson: recladding of technology block; completion of carpark following completion of new multi-purpose gym/hall, and establishment on site of four temporary relocatable classrooms
• St Peter's College, Epsom: a replacement gymnasium and development of an all-weather surface sports field; conversion of a classroom for junior science and of carport area for caretaker's workshop/office
• Sancta Mara College, Botany South: provision of temporary relocatable accommodation; partitioning of DP's office, remodelling of PA's office and modification of music room
